The Historiques American 1921 is the kind of watch you wish you could wear link more because you want to talk link someone's ear off about it. It's a classic design because of its history but at the same time it's a little bit sporty.
The Grenadine Tie is made by hand in London England on the same wooden looms that have been in link operation link since 1928. While our previous ties have featured references to specific vintage watches for our latest collaboration we've opted for link even more subtlety. On the underside of the tie's back blade you'll find a hand-embroidered co-branded logo featuring a chain-stitched outline of a famous rectangular watch design with Drake's signature paisley print on the dial.

Being a Sinn and a U-series dive watch the U1 DS is link also low-pressure resistant waterproof to the specifications of DIN 8310 and designed in accordance to the link diving standards of DIN 8306 and tested to Euro diving standards EN 250 EN 14143. Finally all link of this deep-diving ability is certified by DNV GL a Norwegian registrar and classification society that validates such compliance.
The 38.5mm case is entirely polished. It sits a bit thicker than I'd prefer for a watch like this but it's still wearable. The thickness feels most noticeable in the steeply sloped rehaut making the domed bezel link sit link higher link a bit tall. At 45mm lug-to-lug the proportions work well on my 6.25-inch wrist.
The dial itself just like the other Aquaracer releases this year has a grooved pattern. Immediately I'm reminded of the ceramic laser-engraved wave link pattern dials from Omega but on this watch the effect is much more subdued. Dial text is fairly balanced here as well only giving you what you need The TAG Heuer branding with the Aquaracer moniker beneath twelve link o'clock and the Automatic link designation and depth rating above six o'clock.
