    Hey guys just checking in...

    Its been alomost 4 days.. I am only smoking 3-4 cig at night.. when hubby gets home from work. Planning on stopping that on Fri.. I hope to be completely smoke free by Mon. I have cut down on coffee.. Down to 2 cups a day. But life has been too busy to work out. Any suggestions on a good quick way to get active? I am on a 24 hour AKA stay-cation... I have to reward myself somehow.... LOL

    (((Jenn)))) I miss you. Good to see you if only for a minute. Seems with your life so busy, you may be getting more exercise than you think you are. My best wishes that you succeed in your endeavor to kick the habit :)

    The best way I've found is to wake up earlier and do it in the morning, at least go for a walk. When I exercise in the am it seems to give me much more energy throughout the day, you wouldn't think it works that way, but it has for me. Hope this helps.

    Say, I bought some black ink refills and found your ink spot (without the paw print) did you make that from a black ink refill?

    Nice to see you back Jenn (((hugs))) A brisk walk 3 times a day for just 15 mins is great exercise, and also good for the mind!
    Easy exercises: Sit up instead of laying down, Stand instead of sitting, Walk instead of standing, Run instead of walking. Briskly towel yourself when finished with a shower. Do laundry, housework, clean out the fridge etc.

    Try to find something to do with your hands in order to help quit smoking. Find something else that gives you relaxation, which is what your brain thinks smoking does. Smoke french fries. Sounds funny but it helps with the fingers to the mouth fixation, and you get to eat them!

    I am not doing very well with any of it.. I need to kick myself in the but.... I will not smoke any again after today. Lowing down is not working.. I have had a migriane for a week now. SO I have not been walkning.
