      That is an individual choice. As far as I know it has not been nominated or named the Best of anything so far. It is very popular worldwide.

          As far as wizards are concerned, I would probably have to say The Lord Of The Rings is/are the better book(s), followed by Harry Potter.

            It might be the best to you. However I don't believe it's the best in the world. There are tons of book on that subject and I don't think anyone can pick the best in the world, just what they think is the best.
