bumps face

I have small face bumps all over my face that are the same color as my skin.
I've tried exfoliating and my skin is very dry. What are these and how do I get rid of them?

Do you have them on your thighs and the back of your arms???? If so it is called "chicken skin" (not the technical term). But if, so exfoliate as you have been doing... also use a product with alfa hydroxy. (moisturizer)
