Someone reported me for abusing me nose and stomach with gin. Tell ya what, there ain't no freedom no more...

The Henderson report back in the 1970"s,(1975 I think) changed government and the way people thought about disabilities, introduced group homes and closed institutions, sometimes rightly so, but it could now be argued we don't in fact have the expertise to deal with some of the violent and challenging behaviors, who are we doing the favor? certainly not the people we are now dealing with, in fact we have created "mini" institutions without the authority to help nor deal with these people in a constructive or helpful manner.
