    could be a wore out timing chain- belt at higher rpms it gets closer to right
    If it's carbureted that's were the problem is. If injected clean air motor, then check MAS sensor. Jeeps which were carbureted used a Chrysler unit, they are garbage. Very difficult to adjust the metering rods.
    Can only be one of two things fuel or spark, my guess fuel including pump.
