    Why are there absolutely no birds here now (in Ellwood City, western Pennsylvania, USA)! There were plenty in the Fall, & there are ususally Cardinals & Blue Jays in the winter, but now 2019 there are absolutely NON!

    That's NONE!

    If your winter has been mild so far birds will eat seeds and things from the wild. As food gets scarcer they will come to feeders.  Cardinals and Blue jays love sunflower seeds. Try putting some of those seeds out.
