The Prime Minister and Parliament. They are like the President and Congress in the USA. The Queen has no real power.
thats pretty much what i thought, sound like "the royal family"is pretty much a self proclaimed ,elitist, group of billionares.
    lets get the ball rolling
England's form of government is a constitutional monarchy.
Constitutional monarchy differs from absolute monarchy (in which the monarch has all the political power in his hands) in a way that the monarch (in our case queen Elizabeth II) doesn't have actual political power, and mostly only ceremonial duties. Therefore in england's case, the british parliament has all the political power in its hands and the prime minister is the head of the parliament.
