Do outdoor home improvements help increase value of your property?
I am planning to sell my house. My friend suggested roof contractor Fairfax, VA for various financing options and repairing my home to get better value.

Your home will show better and sell faster if it has "curb appeal" and doesn't need a bunch of repairs. NO ONE wants a house that needs roof repairs!
I'm currently painting the interior and installing new floors. I won't get what I put into it, as I spared no expense; it IS for me, after all!
