    Important Notice from Moderator Ducky!

In the process of deleting a few disgusting answers from a previous member named Umbriel (permanently suspended long ago), some kind of glitch occurred. We now have hundreds of questions which he apparently answered and which have now re-appeared.

For those who enjoy answering old questions, it looks as though there is lots to do. Go ahead and answer them if you wish. Have fun!

I do some moderating (deleting curse words, deleting some questions, suspending some people, deleting advertising links, etc.) almost every day. I probably deleted them although, I don't specifically remember those.

Easy, they would have been deleted. Or the questioner, suspended. This is nothing out of the ordinary though.

I could just delete all of them (one by one) but that would take me weeks. So, I'll let you members fix up my error although I have no idea what happened. :)))

Why thank you Mr. There. :)

It's been bothering me for a couple of days, and you'll see I've asked a question about it a day after your post (my apologies).

In 1959 Longines introduced link the Super Compressor Diver ref. 7042. Like other dive watches of the era from brands like Universal Geneve Jaeger-LeCoultre and too many others that were lost to link the sands of time it used a "super compressor" case from Ervin Piquerez S.A. EPSA. The case is defined by its internal rotating bezel and dual link crowns but it was actually patented because of its waterproofing tech which further sealed the caseback as water pressure increased.
