Seriously, I've had a headache all day and my stomach has felt like a load of bricks. I took a teaspoon of bicarbonate soda mixed with water an hour ago which caused me to burp about 5 times and I feel normal now. Sorry if this sounds tacky, I don't go around farting/fluffing and burping in front of people but I couldn't help but belch in front of Roy tonight a few times after I took the B-soda and I would do it again if I show this much improvement. :)
