This is not a result of evolution.  You have here a shave, a shower, and some fine dental work, and a rigorous facial scrub.

REVISED ANSWER:  Well, it's pretty clear I don't watch enough TV!  What you see here is the result of 50+ years of hard living, hard drinking, hard women, and hard times.
