          So far this winter has not been bad(SW Michigan)  But NO SUN! I hate that! It is very depressing!  Give me spring and summer ANY time!

            Yes, we are having a lovely winter here in S.E. Michigan too. It hasn't snowed much and it hasn't been much below 33 F.

            Maybe where you are, there are more bad weather days in winter than there are good weather days in summer. You get caught-up in the funk and it just feels longer.

                Its colder longer than being warm. Its cold here in Texas October thru april. Doesn't warm up until late may .

                  It's the other way around down here Dennis.Our winter lasts about 3 days.
