    It shouldn't be much over 140, and can even be 5 or 10 pounds under 140. I am 5'6''  and for years, weighed around 120---130 lbs. It didn't seem to hurt me. But it seems at every decade, you put on a little weight.

    Right around 140-145 tops, for "average" bone structure.  Your wrist measurement will help you determine whether you have large, small, or average bone structure.  
    More important is your BMI - body mass index.
