I bit into a green apple last night. I couldn't chew the skin. I chomped, chomped and chomped some more. The apple skin remained like a tiny piece of paper.

Is something wrong wiff my teef? Or is something wrong wiff the green apple skin?

I have heard that many apples sold at the grocers are 4 months old. Maybe your apple was a little older! Try a farmers market and check to see what apples are in season in your area! Happy munching!!

Thanks, Clu. Good comments for me.

I don’t take chances, I peel the apple first and then cut it in bite sized pieces (thus I don’t eat many apples……………)

Apples are soooo good for you. "An apple a day keeps the doctor away."
I'll probably peel mine next time. My husband didn't have any trouble.

All the vitamins are in the peeling!

You just forgot to remove the little sticker.hahahaha!

ROFL ROFL .... I put the sticker on the other side of the plate. I will rephrase ... the skin felt like LEATHER.

Do not peel the apple, you will be missing most of the nutrition, just check for the sticker, but they are digestible anyway!
