    After down loaded the application unfortunately it's can not be open

      You will have to check Facebook's help pages for this issue. We are not linked to Facebook support. We can not fix Facebook program issues. Click here for Facebook's help section for SDKs https://developers.facebook.com/docs/ios/troubleshooting 


      As for a suggestion, uninstall it and re-install it. Maybe something happened during the first install to cause it to not work.
