The only differance in the bad driving is the Russian numberplates, we have adverts on the back of buses to watch out for pedestrians, as they don't watch out for drivers, too busy listening to their i pods. - the pedestrians in the video should go out and buy a lottery ticket, obviuosly their number wasn't up.

In the US, those people would find themselves in the courts, civil and criminal, for months, with fines they'd never be able to pay haunting them til the days they die......hmmmm, maybe......nah, it's too risky
