They suck it out with a syringe. At least that's what they did with my knee.

Yes, behind the knee. I watched the doc pull out the blood water. Really didn't hurt as i remember due to the release of pressure, the feelgood was much better than the feel bad. I am not sure what caused it in my case, just bad knees i guess.

a bakers cyst. My aunt had it years ago from pushing in the lower drawers on her oven with her knee.
