Tommy, could you tell me if there are Tornados associated with Cyclones?  We often have them spring up from hurricanes.

Don't know for sure Ray.we have had a couple of cyclones hanging around off the coast but they are thousands of miles away from the tornados. We have always had what we call "Willy-Willies".very small twisters, barely big enough to stir the chickens up but we don't get twisters of this size.

Tom, do you remember the Cyclone that took out Darwin in the '70's? We inquired about the town looking so new, when we were there in 2000 and were told that it was rebuilt after that Cyclone. Must have been quite a storm..

Top flat mate, hurricane proof, at least it has been in the past.

Hunker down, mate, and get the booze ready for poser outage, even if there will not likely be one...

The earth is shifting on it's axis. Weather patterns and environments are changing because of this. I've been saying this for a year. No one listens. *Sigh*.

    Stay safe Tommy!

We're OK here thanks Colleen. We're a thosand miles away from the tornados.I'm listening to your theory & it makes sense. No harm in getting a second opinion tho.:)

Well the other choice is H.A.R.P. and someone using it to mess with the weather. Glad you're on the safe end!

Colleen. By no means do I disagree with your theory of the Earths axis being tilted a little further.I have read that it would take a mere few millimeters to cause catastrophic damage. It is a very likely scenario.

I didn't think you were disagreeing. I just thought I'd give you a second option ;)
