can you sue someone for seduction and breach of promise?

Have many emails wooing me...definitely made me fall for him..was actually considering marrying him.

He seduced me after 7 years of celibacy....implied a future together...then after,I discovered he was simultaneously wooing another woman.

    Feel used,like a fool,hurt, and disposable...

You can sue anybody for anything, but they might not pay up if you win. Courts don't like to garnishee wages. At any rate, It was worse for me ......what my ex- finance'  did to me when I was in my 20s. He was very charming and a sociopath, but I didn't know it. So, when he asked me to marry him, I fell for it. Then, he backed out of marriage. So we broke up and then got back together. Adn he did the same thing all over again. He wasted my chlidbearing years. Now, he's in his 60s and he never did get married. It was all a lie. He never wanted kids either.
