    I HAD A OP AND THE DOCTOR PUT THE WRONG STENT IN MY HEART I KNOW I HAVE NOT GOT LONG BUT I WISH TO GO AWAY WITH ALL MY KIDS Y IM HERE NOW ALIVE I HAVE BEEN TOLD NO COMMENT OFF THE HOSPITAL AND THE OMBUDSMAN AND I JUST ASKED FOR MY SINGING OFF REPORT BUT I HAVE STILL NOT GOT SO NOW ME AND MY SON FIGHT ON HE 13 AND I LOVE HIM TO BITS BUT N.H.S AND OMBUDSMAN DISGUSTING FROM YOU 2
