So are the rest of you as tired as I am of seeing underwear when out in public? Do you ever say anything to the offenders? I do.

I thought fads were only suppose to last a year or two.

Several years ago, a former sagmaster gave a talk at my kids' school. One thing he talked about was how very difficult it is to run (from the police, or a rival gang, for example) with the crotch of your pants at knee level.

I have seen many teens wearing their trousers down on their hips, or as low as possible, and I wish I had the courage to pull them down, They look so untidy, and lazy. I would never comment to them, because I cant be sure what kind of crazy teen is dressed like that.

Me, too, Dollybird. Sometimes I just picture it in my head...the tiniest tug would send those pants to their ankles. Sadly, it's not just teens; my son will be 26 in a couple of weeks....as much as he's matured in the past six months, those pants still scream "STOOPID".

While having the pants where they belong would be nice, the bigger picture with my son is being drug-free for 8 months, getting his driver's license back, taking care of his Grandma A LOT, being a wonderful dad and attentive "husband" type, almost done with community service and inches from a job. I figure the pants will come up so he can do his job right. I don't say anything to him; it's the least of "my worries".
