Drink plenty of H2O...keep well hydrated,hence helping to flush out toxins in your body ..don`t smoke..cut out alcohol!...Eat a healthy diet,including plenty of fruit and veg!...Cut out sweets/candy..crisps..chips..burgers!...Wash/cleanse your face regularly..apply a light moisturizing cream..(I don`t think the most expensive ones are often any better than the others..the old fashioned ones..imho)!!..Get plenty of fresh air and sleep!;-)....And who says that beauty comes at a price?!:-0..lol!!;-)
