Factory reset your device (hard reset) Back to search results
This reset will delete all user settings: Favorites, Recent destinations, etc.
Reset Factory Settings based on your device below:
GO 2000 series, VIA series, GO LIVE series, Blue&Me TomTom 2, Sony XNV, TomTom Connect
Main Menu > Settings > Reset factory settings
Other devices
Main Menu > Change preferences > Reset factory settings
If you do not have this menu option available, you will need to first select Show ALL menu options, located in the Change preferences menu.
