    Instructions
    1
Remove the inner pan inside the bread machine as you add the ingredients of your recipe to the inner pan. This will keep particles from falling down into the inner chamber of the bread machine itself.

    2
Attach the paddle to the inside of the inner pan. It should fit directly into the middle of the pan, clicking into the nodule on the bottom.

    3
Add the ingredients to the pan according to the recipe.

    4
Place the inner pan back into the bread machine with all of the ingredients inside. Then, plug the bread machine into an outlet.

    5
Choose the desired setting for the bread you will be making. Each time the "Select" button is pressed, it will change to the next bread setting. Each setting puts the breadmaker to a different temperature, specific to the type of bread you are making. The time will also automatically be set for the bread you are cooking once the setting is chosen on the unit.

For a basic large sized medium crusted type of bread, press setting 1 and cook for 2 hours and 50 minutes. For a large sized, darker crusted bread, select setting 2 and cook for 3 hours and 10 minutes. For a standard regular bread select setting 3 and cook for 2 hours and 40 minutes. When baking a whole wheat large sized bread, choose setting 4 and cook for 4 hours and 30 minutes. For a regular sized whole wheat bread, choose setting 5 and cook for 4 hours and 20 minutes. French bread will need to be placed on setting 6, and cooked for 3 hours and 30 minutes. Sweet breads (such as cinnamon breads or other breakfast-like breads) should be set to setting 7, and will cook for 3 hours and 25 minutes. Creating your own dough to use for pizza or other recipes should be put to setting 8 and cooked for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

    6
Press the "Start" button and allow the breadmaker to begin working. Periodically check progress as it cooks, but do not open the lid at any time since this could ruin the bread.

    7
Remove the bread from the inner pan as soon as the buzzer goes off on the unit indicating it is done. Be sure to use pot holders or oven mitts when removing the pan so you don't burn your hands. Then, flip the pan upside down and gently shake the pan to release the loaf of bread. Place the bread on a wire rack to cool. If the kneader blade remains inside the loaf, allow the bread to cool completely and then remove it by pulling it out or cutting it with a knife.
