Instructions

Press the "Sleep/Wake" button on the top of your iPod Touch to bring up the unlock screen.

Slide your finger over the "Slide to Unlock" bar. If passcode protection is currently enabled on the device, the "Enter Passcode" screen will appear.

Input your passcode. The home page will load.

Tap "Settings" to bring up the Settings menu.

Tap the "General" tab.

Scroll down the page and tap "Passcode Lock."

Enter your current passcode when the prompt appears.

Tap the "Change Passcode" button. A prompt will appear. Enter the old passcode.

Enter your new passcode when the iTouch prompts you. A confirmation will appear. Enter the new passcode again to confirm it.
