      it can depend sometimes on size if it could kill people ect check out the laws where you live ..

        The 'Spirit of Ecstasy' which adorns the bonnet (hood US) of the Rolls Royce is now spring-mounted and will retract if hit. Owners of older models tend to remove the item when parked to prevent theft.
