A gentleman calls on a lady and requests a date with her, he does not "pick her up". To use the terms "pick up" and "hot girl" cheapens the whole idea of getting to know her and also shows you have no respect for females. Be mature in your actions and mannerisms. Respect her as a human being with feelings. Do not think of her as nothing more than arm candy and you will have a better shot at having her find interest in you. Court her, flatter her, respect her.

Do Not Call A  girl hot in my opinion. Call them beautiful. I am a girl my self and beautiful is a much better word than HOT. Make a lot of friends who are girls and then pick one that you can relate too. Be nice and be a great friend.

The art of picking up girls is not difficult; all you need to do is get a good grip beneath their shoulders and lift. I think even if it was this easy, most guys still wouldn’t be able to do it because of all the mental blocks they have: “What if I lift her and she thinks I’m ugly? What if I lift her and then I don’t know where to take her? What if there’s another guy who just lifted her recently and he’s a better lifter?” Now when you consider that most guys are scared to death about talking to a strange woman, you have a recipe for disaster. Fear not, there is hope.

I really hope you joking sir. 
I mean what are you? 5 or 6 years old.
There is no such thing as hot or ugly person in school. Everyone is different!

If I were you I'd ask a girl, who is known to be "less popular" and help her and date her etc.
That would surely increase the morality in your school. I wouldn't impress a girl because I'm cool, that would make me miserable. Here is true love (I think, if you truly love this girl!  You would show her one of the most embarrassing things ever. If I truly loved a girl, I'd want her attention saying that I love her more than anything in this world. Then I would gladly run up in the hall saying <3! Prancing about! ETC!) 

You want my advise, be yourself. In the future if that so-called hot girl needs help, help her. Don't  rush, take it slowly. When she show signs of love to you. Then you just "scored" I think?

(P.S I DON'T HAVE A GIRLFRIEND LOL! THOUGH IN MY CLASS, I BECOME FRIENDLY TO EVERYONE. I ASK MY CLASSMATES, just to let you know it's me and one guy and the rest are girls haha. IF I'M WEIRD OR JUST CRAZY OR IF I'M BOTHERING THEM. THEY GAVE ME A SUDDEN ANSWER, SAYING NO I DON'T THINK YOU ARE WEIRD, I THINK YOU ARE SPECIAL  YAYAY)
