Vickie...I think that I have the best answer to your question. Call your local fire department, give them your name, address and telephone number before you ask them this....
"Is it okay for me to burn down my neighbor's shed"?
They will probably be right over to help you and they may even bring a few cops, just so you'll have all the help you need. Good luck.

Well, if you burn your neighbor's shed without a permit or permission, it is going to be considered arson, which is AGAINST THE LAW, NOT OK, and you will likely have a problem on your hands. PLUS your neighbor can sue you for reimbursement and damages.
If your neighbor burned YOUR shed without a permit or permission, THAT is also ARSON. Same scenario; same outcome. PLUS, you can sue for reimbursement and damages.
In summary, it's most likely AGAINST the law to burn anybody's property.

What laws does Alabama have regarding compulsory education? How do you explain your grammar and punctuation? It is legal to hunt humans, however. Careful, "dear!"

doolittle: I interpeted it wrong. Sorry, but I thought you meant that it was me who asked the hornet question. By the way, "do" Alabama have any laws on burning down your neighbor's hornet's nest?
