    If this condition occurs frequently, then I would suspect Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, a medical condition caused by compression of the median nerve as it travels through the wrist at the carpal tunnel:

    I think this is the most accurate diagnosis.I have had it for years.

    Neuropathy maybe? Are you diabetic?

    Could be a pinched nerve in your neck...according to my doctor.

    I not  know  mine do the same  along with my toes   hope someone  will  tell us .

    COULD BE A TRAPPED NERVE SEE YOUR DOCTOR

    it could mean you are a diabetic, and you may have a heart problem. When my g. friend's husb was complaining of numbness and tingling and a little pain in his arm, he ended up having a heart attack adn found out he is a bad diabetic. 

    that has happened to me before. i think it means that you have squeezed or sat on your fingers for to long.
