I'll give this a go, but I am not a mathmetician.  Multiply the length times the width to get the area.  The problem is you have two sets of numbers, indicating an irregular lot (since many lots are rectangles).

    The length is 243 + 330 = 573.  Divide by two (sides) = 286.5.

    The width is 200 + 220 = 420.  Divide by two = 210.

    Multiply 286.5 x 210 = 60,165 sq. ft.
