You do realise that there is a down side to being a merm....

I was one and I can tell you all about it.

For every good thing there is a bad... if you do something that is very good, which is the nature of the mermaid then you must do something that is very bad.

For all the beauty there is the ugly.

For all the wet there is the dry.

For all the freedom there is jail.

For all the abundance there is the poverty.

For all the life there is death.

It is the most difficult path... become a doctor... far easier.

How about a rat instead? It's a good life, plenty to eat. If you're a mermaid, you'd have to eat raw fish and octopus. Your breath would smell like fish.

And you couldn't walk on land ... ever, because you don't have legs. No trips to the mall. You'd have to stay in salt water ALL THE TIME. You couldn't be with boys. Half fish, half girl. It wouldn't be very glamorous, would it?

I like that outfit. I had one very similar but I had a bit of a "To Do" with an Orca Whale and the rest is history.
Orcas are very nice looking but have a seriously nasty side.
