    3. Can I not any more create a back up CD of my libary and especially all my playlists? I used to be able to by clicking Libary then Back Up to Disk, that option seems to have gone! Why? What do I do now? I only have a PC!

      Take your PC to a computer tech and have them clean it out for you. You should have your PC serviced once a year.
