How can I file my taxes, if somebody has already filed and used me as a dependent?

Yes you can, IF in fact you were not an eligible dependent, for the other filer.

The other filer will be made to prove that they provided more than half of your substances, during the tax year, by the IRS

My parents listed me as a dependent when I was 16 and working. I still filed on the taxes I paid for working.
