I am with you. I think everyone wants world Peace. Its very unlikely though, because the people in power want more power.Maybe some day, with a different generation. the world will become more peaceful.

you have to communicate often...what exactly you want/need!...I DONT KNOW MANY MINDREADERS...BUT THE MORE THAT YOU GET TO BEING WIH THE PERSON....IT DOES BECME EASIR USULLY TO ANTICIPATE WANTS/THOUGHTS ETC!!!

People don't listen well.  People don't clarify by repeating in their own words what they have heard.  People don't express themselves clearly.  It's a lot of things.  
As far as World Peace, nice sentiment.  You would need to discuss this with every single person in the world and get each one to agree to not have arguments with any other person. World Peace means everybody getting along with everybody, right?  We can't even all agree on this very tiny website.

Be clear about what you want, ask if they understand, reinforce it and if necessary have them repeat your request back to ensure there was no missed or error in communication

Perhaps they really DO know whar you want, but don't want to give it to you/do it with you. They therefore feign ignorance or misunderstanding, so as not to hurt your feelings.

Or.as Diana said,theyre simply not listening.I know someone who just rabbits on and on and on and i havent got the foggiest what shes on about.I hate to admit it but i hear what shes saying but im sure as heck not listening.If nothing else im honest.The more she talks the less i understand
