This is just a suggestion- base your book in a city or town you know well. Most authors do this and it is much easier to write because you know the neighborhoods, the streets, when rush hour is...the outlying areas.

Been around the world a few times always came HOME, speaks for itself really.
This could be unimportant, this is a worldwide site, I live in Scotland, I don,t have a clue about Jacksonville , sounds like an "interesting" place.
