Alzheimers - here I come.

I'd inform everyone I was the new boss.  Fire the PIA's on the spot & hand out a few raises.  Then I would inform Human resources of my decisions and go to a "meeting" for the rest of the day.  (the meeting would either be a nap or joining a friend for lunch and a walk in the park).

Happens every day.

I would think I took the wrong road to work... I have entered a parallel universe and I would try again tomorrow.

Hire a camera crew and film it..............

I was absolutely dumbfounded, then i woke up. phooooow!

I would be terribly frustrated and scared.  No doubt I would cry, try to find the person in charge, and see if I could put any of the pieces together.   That failing, I would take my leave and try to move forward. 
I've had "friendships" like that.

I love this question because we Americans are so brain washed that when anything out of the ordinary happens to us we are: "Oh my God I cannot  believe that this is happening."   We need to become aware that anything anything could occur that we never dreamed could occur. What would i do?  I would keep moving on and hope that they don't catch me, and that I could remain a free entity and function in this crazy world. Thank you Lord Jesus.

I would say to myself, "Hey, the facelift does work!", and immediately make friends with the new female interns.

You seem to have a lot of dead-again dreams. Dreams like that are reminders or forewarnings of a result of you thinking about ~ day-dreaming about dying. I have more 'dead time' than in a corporeal endowment so just try to enjoy your experience while you’ve got it.
