      Good luck getting certified. You should be learning this yourself not asking others to learn it for you. We get all you "students" every two weeks like clock work. How do you think you will be able to do your job if you do not know the material required for getting the job?

              The question has to do with social services, not natures environment. It's a test question this person is suppose to be answering on their own in order to get their license to work in the social services field where they affect the lives of others needing help. They come here and try to cheat to get the answers they are suppose to be learning. Sad, isn't it?
