    i am filing for chapter 7 and i have a credit card with my sister being the primary name on the account and mine being secondary..can i list it on my bankruptcy document since my name appears on the card and they have me on record with social security and as well appears on my credit report?

      No, you are just a guest on her account but the account is hers and can not be included as one of your debts.
