Sorry if I offended anyone yesterday, I’m a strong believing passionate person who can get a little upset when I believe my freedom of speech has been denied.
After sleeping on it and praying about this I have come to the conclusion that if I were allowed to preach here (something I didn’t think I was doing, at the time) then it could become a site that would get out of control.
I will try to post my bible questions as questions and leave comments to you and I will only answer your comments.
Thank you for reading this......

Thank you Randy. Just something to think about. Bible questions should be true questions, because you need guidance in something you do not understand or perhaps help in finding a particular verse....something like that. They should not be about "the message" and used as an attempt to get people to follow your way or the Christian way. The questions should never be about pitting your beliefs over others or that your religion is the better one because.............
As your fellow Christians told you, let people come to you. You don't have to chase them down and remind them every chance you get. If people ask you questions about the bible or your religion, there is no problem with answering them from a religious level, including verse. They asked, this means they are open to your answers and you are not pushing your beliefs on them. I'm just saying this because of all the questions yesterday as to what is allowed and what is not. I admire the fact that you are willing to meet in the middle with everyone. This shows the true spirit of God when you can open yourself to a new way. : )
Your freedom of speech was never denied, just your freedom to preach. If the admin allowed other religions to come and preach their religion and try to get everyone to accept their God as the one true God and savior, you would have gotten upset that they were being allowed to use the site as their pulpit, church, preaching place. Then we would have had religious wars. No religion can preach here because if that. ;)

I understand that as I stated above, but if I get passionate and voicing my opinion on answering questions don't start telling me I'm ignorant and am floundering around in the dark.
Because I'm not......

Edited to move this here so you could be happy with getting the final word in.
If having the last word is so important to you, go for it. The last slot is yours. I'm gracious like that :)
Who I am not to forgive. Christ has paid the price so that I will be forgiven of hideous things. It has never been my job to judge. And there is nothing to forgive. In saying this I will still hold true to not responding to questions that I feel are hurtful.
But this question was asked by a humble man. And I respect that.

Of Course!!! We all have our 'off'' moments when we get upset. I was cranky one day and was'nt in the mood to deal with any crappola...boy did I get some interesting comments...mostly people wondering if it was really Doo writing the answers- learned may lesson...now, when I get annoyed or am in "a mood", I don't spend too much time on this site. Lucky it doesn't happen all that often.

I didn't think you were preaching. I believe in Freedom of Speech. If they didn't like it, they could have clicked off your page.

Freedom of speech within reason is recognized here.
I understand that you are passionate and you felt like your freedom of speech was being infringed upon. You may have overreacted there a bit, but were all friends here...And to censor or say that you may only ask a question in a certain way is wrong if it's not against the rules. That includes offensive language or of a sexual explicit nature.
If you apply this rule to "Religious" questions or "ANY" one type or question, then the same rule must be applied to all questions.
On the other hand if you are asking questions to cause problems and are upsetting other members... then I'm sure that is a reason for concern or correction. I wasn't really keeping up on the whole thing, I only got bits and pieces. You know I wasn't offended Randy. It takes a real man to admit when he's wrong and apologize.

The admin looked at the question and deemed it to be designed to push an agenda through preaching to anyone who did not agree.
The matter was settled by the admin and should have been left there but it was not. Can we now please have it settled? Myself and many others would appreciate if this was all dropped and forgotten so we can move on to what akaQA is suppose to be about. Thank you.
Thank you for the apology, Randy. I think you went a little overboard with the questions yesterday; you were trying to make a point....I think you succeeded? :D
When you post a faith-related question, please remember this: You are asking people for their opinions. LET PEOPLE EXPRESS THEIR OPINIONS and ACCEPT THEM AS THEY ARE.
I only get weary when someone presses their own beliefs.....respect that people are different and we don't always see things the same way.
BTW: I admire your faith.....others may not. Be considerate of that.

I have said before you have a wonderful heart and you try real hard with the very best intentions . In my opinion there is nothing what so ever to forgive .I have a feeling that one day many people will be listening to you . I admire your conviction and courage ,sleep well as you have done your best . This showed a lot of class and heart ! I am okay with your words !!! Bill

Hi Randy salt as you please in your words. I take phrases and use them to reflect meanings in different ways. Living religion is very different than quotes. Those words are guidelines that beg for the expression of their understanding without quotes, in your own words, in your own life. I rarely quote the Bible. I live and breath my understanding of life. I think that is the point.

No sweat from me.
I must say in my opinion preaching can be religious or on any subject one chooses to "preach" on.
In this case we had a lot of "preaching" regards the rights of one group over another so if "preaching" is banned the major part, except for the question, was "preaching" of one sort or another so the majority was against "Administrators rules"
Can`t have one rule for some and different rule for others.
I also object to comments made re conditions in Australia compared to the US. These comments were based on hearsay not fact.
Australia may not be perfect but it is a darn site better than most others.
One only has to read the complaints on this site from people about their countrys` problems to see that is true.

Is it true that when Australians call US people yanks, it's the same as calling them toilets?
Regards the "Yanks", we use a lot of rhyming slang and we occassionaly refer to Yanks as "Septic Tanks" Septic tank being something that rhymes with Yank.
Not as a insulting term.
"Cheese and kisses" missus.
"frog and toad" road.
Trouble and strife" wife
"Tin lids" kids.
As a few examples.
Thanks, banks, outranks, pranks....they rhyme and do not put us in the sewer with the crap.
Update, just checked my e-mail, another is leaving. Good going Randy. Keep pushing them out. Two gone so far. How many more?
