Please think carefully re taking diet pills,a lot are amphtemines../speed which recks your heart and kidneys..One of my friends took them for 2 years and died as a result of the extra stess it puts on your heart!...I Was the worls worst dieter but I took up jogging and ate healthily and cut back the drink and lost 3 stone!!..if I can do it ANYONE can!!,,,If you are determind to use diet pills then check with your pharmacist for those sold in pharmacies and are deemed safer??...PLEASE don`t buy anything online..its a certain death sentence!:-¬...i believe you can buy bulking tablets that you take with plenty of water before meals which make you feel full up!!..But if you can do it without...That`s SO much better!
