He was ready to join his wife who passed two years ago. They were really close.

Colleen That's how my grandfather was. He asked me one day if he could die because he wanted to go see his "Poppy". I told him if he was ready to leave, I would not try to hold him back. He died 3 weeks later. I miss him but I know he's happy and with my grandmother. This makes the loss of him easier to take.
