"uploads disabled for this form" appears on an entry form for the Michigan Fine Arts Compettion. What does this mean and how can I fix it?
Trying to upload a piece of Art.

maybe it means you're not supposed to send in the form via computer. Or, maybe it means you're not supposed to upload or down load images of the paintings and such that they're going to have a the competition. I live in Mich, and if I see or hear something about it, I'll let you know.
