      Condifential information should only be given to people you trust, even then it can be shared if you wish. It is when it gets into the wrong hands that it becomes a problem and if possible should be challenged or say to oneself well it happened - too much more stress to do anything about it, just try to leave it within the person/media  who disclosed it .Life is too stressful to bother unless it is a hurt to another.
