First you have to find out why your dog is being sick, have you spoken with a vet?  She could be just one of those dogs who eats their own vomit. Which is gross, but it happens! Or she could be not getting enough nutrients and is just plain hungry. If it's happening right after she eats, there's likely not much difference between the food she brings up to the food that went in, so it makes sense for her to want to eat it again. If her vomiting is on going, you should take her to the vet.

At least your dog vomits in a predictable spot. My cat throws up where ever he happens to be........

This behaviour has been recorded for a long time. Kipling has a striking simile, 'as the dog returns to his vomit, and the sow returns to her mire,/ and the burnt fool's bandaged finger goes goes wabbling back to the fire ...' It comes from a poem called 'The Gods of the Copybook Headings', which is well worth reading. As for advice ... Python and Romos have both helped you better than I could. But your post brought to poem to mind, and not everyone knows it. Read it and be illuminated, comforted, disgusted or enraged, according to your character and background. You will not, I think, be bored.
