    I even changed my password thinking that was the problem, they accepted new password but problem remains ( help please )

      Man, I forgot he had such issues in his life when he first joined here. It's a good thing we got him all sorted out back then. Such a needy fellow he was.

            Hello KotF, if you use a mac then I think I could help you with a solution but with windows I wouldn't  even know how to boot it up.
