My sister was on "THE PRICE IS RIGHT" about 35 years ago.

    Does that count?

Only if she won something ;)

She did. Tuxedos, bedroom furniture, phones and washer and dryers. Unfortunately she lived in Jersey and was out in California where the show was taped. TAXES had to be paid on her winnings also. After the show a representive offered her a way out of it by giving her less gifts.

My sister-in-law was on "Price is Right" too. I guess she doesn't count because she didn't even get up to the front. She DID have the camera on her twice!!! haha

    Cool-i-o!

Most of the people I went to school with are as daft as me, must have been the position of the moon at the time I reckon.

My high school art teacher became a famous artist.........

One of my primary school classmates is now a supreme court judge.I can't mention his name of course. He was a bit hard to get along with back then, very argumentive & more than a little aloof.

I am step-related to a famous person but he barely knows me and I barely know him.

It was obvious from childhood that he was special.

My "most intelligent person", Marlan, developed a computerized system of something or other for auto dealerships many years ago that is used throughout the industry.  He has had many other successes in the techno-field.
Other classmates have become teachers, CPAs, medical professionals, business owners (bagel shops and florist) airline stewardesses who helped with evacuations of now-where-was-that.....
I think the ones who are most successful are the ones who are married and happy.  That is a much smaller percentage than the career successes....

Yes, he was great!   http://youtu.be/xjf8tLfDu38 and http://youtu.be/m_T1ZqaPDQk. I was gonna say DaVinci  first, but you would've given me a thumbs down (lol)!

yes an actor i youse to go to school with called gorge cole,

Infamous. A very good friend of mine became a major drug dealer and spent much time with Pablo Escobar. They made a movie out of the book he wrote about his escapades with Escobar. The movie was "BLOW".  He eventually got caught and was sentenced to 20 years. He did seven and is now out. I asked him once many years ago how much money he thought he made during his drug dealing. He replied not sure but had to be around 300 Mil. He lives very, very well today.

Two classmates (we were all together for 3 years) became doctors.  One was a very serious student who never talked or fooled around in any class.  The other one was always entertaining the rest of us, and generally being the class clown.  Needless to say, I was not surprised at the serious one becoming a doctor but totally shocked when the other one did.  The class clown became a much sought-after specialist in his field.  By the way, he had a great, outgoing and friendly personality and everyone loved him!

ooops, don't know what happened here.

My very best childhood friend became a famous artist just like her dad. Unfortunately she liked alcohol and cigarettes too much and her art changed for the worse. And then she died. Way too early ...  I look at the phone and think of calling her. STILL. I guess I always will.

She is the only person I’ve injured in a physical fight. At age 9, I gave her a bloody nose. At 14 I whacked her about and she did the same to me.

I also know a man who is a kind of famous novelist. I'd give you his name and the name of his book but I think that's against the law here.

Its probab ly irrelevant ,but my late Mother worked with chemicals when she was younger.Apparantly a man she worked with tried to poison his Mother in law with arsenic(dont think he suceeded as arsenics a "slow poison"???(something like that anyway  Im not a chemist!).She said he was a really nice chap though.Capital punishment was still in effect in the UK in those days...
