This is something you would need to ask Walmart about. I know in my Walmart they have this goofy song they sing and clap their hands to at the start of their business day. Not sure if it works to motivate their employees though. It does motivate me to get out of the store as fast as I can however.  

Years ago  Walmart employees were  motivated  highly , that all changed  after They got to the top of the heap,  I think now  their motivation lies  in the fear of loosing their job. . Walmart has lost touch with their customers and employees. its all about  the days  stock price.

How about wages? that's a great motivation!

Dunno whenever I am forced to go to Wal-Mart I do not see any motivation going on with their employees or much help either.
