Did you know about this? An Australian man has invented a device which takes moisture from air and turns it into water.

His solution, Airdrop, can harvest 11.5 millilitres of water for every cubic meter of air in the driest deserts such as the Negev in Israel, which has an average relative air humidity of 64 per cent. A small scale prototype Linacre installed at his parents' house created about a litre of water a day, but further iterations of the design are expected to increase the yield.

    Rain without clouds.

Anything that gets water to arid regions will help. My plan for North Africa has not been adopted or even talked about very much. At least with China’s involvement the possibility exists for their development of hydration methods there.

Can you give more details of your plan?

Basically, North Africa is covered with dried up water holes that are so shallow that their signs of being a water hole is hardly noticeable. During Viet Nam we had a major problem with bombing accuracy so I pressed for the development of remotely controlled bombs and the development of small remotely controlled flying explosives and aircraft to reduce civilian casualties, cost and improve target accuracy. Since we have lots of munitions like this left over from WW2 and considering NATOs stockpile also it was obvious that accuracy also mint that we actually needed far less munitions than we have in stock. So, How to use it when the guidance control systems came on line that adapted to all previous forms of bombs. My recommendation was to demo the application potential by bombing the thousands of ancient water holes that would allow rain to progressively return to the region. Swords to plowshares sort of idea…not popular with Regan preferring Star wars to Drought wars.

Surely air conditioners do this anyway. Cooling the air releases the moisture which drips out of the unit.

Do you lie under it with your mouth open?

That sounds like a great idea !

    I will read more.
