what kind of native animals do you have
I just ducked outside (at work) for a cigarette and there are 2 tree frogs, a possum with her baby,several bats flying around and a bush rat (yes a rat but the bush ones are quite cute..sort of round and fluffy) what do you have around you?

Chipmonks, squirrels, grey and red fox, racoons, deer, moose, bears and a few birds, crows and of course pesty mice.

wow, Ann you have a whole zoo. I would love to see a chipmonk, are they like squirrels ?
They belong to the squirrel family, but are much smaller, 7-8 inches long and low to the ground. Greyish with ornge stripe along theire back. They dig holes in the ground, like a tunnel. They fill theire pouches on either side in the mouth with seeds and nuts and store it in theire den where they stay all winter.
